Copyright and AI use policy

Clients confirm they have the right to use logos, images, video, fonts, copy and data supplied to Terra11, including any channel or territory limitations.

Terra11 is not responsible for disputes caused by client assets supplied without suitable rights.

Usage rights apply after full payment and according to the written scope. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

General methods, reusable internal tools and items not listed as deliverables remain Terra11 property. Exclusive rights and source files must be stated in the quote.

AI may support ideation, layout, illustration, repetitive processing or drafting. Terra11 still edits and reviews work before client preview.

Sensitive personal or trade-secret information should not be entered into AI tools. No-AI or special confidentiality requirements must be stated before scope approval.

Clients provide final approval for product facts, professional claims, image rights and publication suitability. Terra11 does not invent certifications or unverifiable results.

AI visuals should not be presented as documentary evidence. Disclosure can be agreed according to channel and context.
