Terms of service
General rules for scope, timing, approval, handoff and each party’s responsibilities.

Confirmed scope
Work begins after deliverables, quantity, format, schedule, fees, revisions and required inputs are confirmed in writing.
Requests that change quantity, direction or approved workload are out of scope until cost and timing are reconfirmed.

Client responsibilities
- • Provide source files and appropriate usage rights.
- • Verify names, prices, specifications, claims and legal information.
- • Consolidate feedback through the agreed decision maker.
- • Do not request unauthorised copying of third-party work.

Approval and revisions
Standard packages include up to two scoped revision rounds unless the quote says otherwise. One round means one consolidated response at an approval point.
Late directional changes or fragmented feedback may affect schedule and price; Terra11 will notify you before continuing.

Handoff and support
Quoted files are delivered after payment obligations are completed. Working or source files are included only when stated.
Post-handoff support covers usage guidance and scoped corrections, not new development.

Limits of commitment
Terra11 commits to approved deliverables but cannot guarantee sales, search ranking, advertising performance or results dependent on market operations.
Project-specific written terms take priority where they differ from this general policy.
