Payment, pause and cancellation policy

A 50% deposit normally reserves production time and starts the project. The balance is paid after final preview approval and before full file delivery.

Long projects or external purchases may use different written milestones.

Licensed fonts, stock assets, printing, domains, paid platforms and third-party services are not automatically included. Purchases require approval.

Out-of-scope requests proceed only after cost and schedule are confirmed.

If inputs or feedback are delayed, work may pause and resume at the nearest available production slot. Waiting time is not production time.

After more than 30 days without a confirmed restart, Terra11 may close the active phase and rescope remaining work.

Before work begins, any refund is calculated after approved costs. Once work starts, payment for time and completed output is non-refundable.

If Terra11 cannot complete accepted work, fees for the unfinished portion will be reconciled and returned in writing.
