How Terra11 receives, uses, stores and protects information shared during enquiries and projects.

Information we may receive
- • Contact information you choose to provide.
- • Business, product, budget, timing and project requirements.
- • Images, documents, links, brand materials and feedback.
- • Basic technical data collected by hosting or analytics tools when enabled.

How information is used
We use information to respond, assess scope, quote, deliver and support a project. Terra11 does not sell contact data.
Project assets are used only for the agreed purpose. Portfolio use requires appropriate client permission.

Storage and sharing
Information may remain in email, project folders and necessary operating tools for delivery, support and accounting. Access is limited by work need.
Only necessary data is passed to storage or delivery providers. Please do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

Your requests
You may ask to review, correct or delete supplied information when no legal or project obligation requires its retention. Contact support@terra11studio.com.
If a data risk is identified, Terra11 will prioritise containment, notification and proportionate corrective action.
